Our galvanized steel coil is manufactured from Q235B carbon steel through the continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. The steel strip is immersed in a molten zinc bath at approximately 450°C, forming a metallurgically bonded zinc coating on both surfaces. Q235B provides good strength and weldability, while the zinc coating delivers excellent corrosion resistance, making this coil ideal for building material applications.
