The manufacturing process begins with a galvanized or galvalume steel substrate that provides sacrificial corrosion protection. After chemical pretreatment, primer and topcoat paint are applied using continuous coil coating technology. The coating is then cured in controlled-temperature ovens to create a durable protective finish.
