Application Method
Thoroughly wash the vehicle's undercarriage to remove oil, rust, and dust. Ensure the surface is dry and free of contaminants
Use sandpaper or a rust removal tool to grind away rusted areas, exposing bare metal to improve coating adhesion
Cover components such as the exhaust pipe, brake system, and wiring with masking tape and film to avoid overspray
Shake the coating well and use a professional spray gun to apply an even layer (2-3 coats recommended), allowing 10-15 minutes of drying time between coats
Focus on high-risk areas like wheel arches and weld seams
Let the coating cure for at least 24 hours (refer to product instructions) before driving to ensure full hardening
