Usage Method
Thoroughly Clean the Chassis: Rinse with high-pressure water gun, wipe with dedicated cleaner, and dry completely
Cover Non-Spraying Components: Wrap parts like exhaust pipes, catalytic converters, and brake discs with heat-resistant masking film
Pretreat the Chassis Surface: Sand areas with slight rust and fill scratches or pits with dedicated putty
Prepare Armor Coating: Fully stir the coating and add thinner if needed according to instructions
Standardize Spraying Process: Use pneumatic spray gun at 0.3-0.5MPa pressure, 30-50 cm from chassis surface
Layered Spraying and Curing: Apply multiple coats with crossing directions, total thickness 1-2 mm
Static Drying and Curing: Park in well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours (up to 72 hours in low temperatures)
Inspect and Repair Defects: Check for missed areas, bubbles, or drips after full drying
Precautions
Avoid muddy, deep water, or gravel roads for 1-2 weeks after curing
Do not high-pressure wash the chassis during initial curing period
Construction should be done in well-ventilated areas with proper safety equipment
Operators should wear gas masks, gloves, and goggles
Follow product instructions for thickness, drying time, and ambient temperature (5-35℃ recommended)
For spray-can products, invert and shake for 1-2 minutes before use
Keep spray can vertical during application for even coverage
