Product Overview
Spray Chipping Coat protects the undercarriage from erosion and salinization, providing durable protection against environmental damage.
Function
Quick-drying Spray Chipping Coat is specially formulated to protect vehicle undercarriages from oxidation and rust caused by prolonged exposure to wet ground environments. It can also be applied to side skirts, front and rear bumpers to prevent scratches from sand and stone impacts during driving. Particularly suitable for protecting new vehicles, seafood transport vehicles, salt field vehicles, and mechanical equipment from alkaline water erosion and salinization.

Product Advantages
Specifically protects the undercarriage, preventing oxidation and rust caused by long-term exposure to moist ground environments
Can be sprayed on side skirts, front and rear bumpers to prevent scratches caused by gravel impact during driving
Especially suitable for new cars, seafood transport vehicles, salt field vehicles and mechanical equipment, resisting alkaline water erosion and salinization
Usage Method
First, clean the area to be sprayed, removing oil, dust, rust and other debris
Shake the product can for about 1-2 minutes to fully mix the contents inside
Keep the can 20-30 cm away from the surface to be sprayed, and spray back and forth at a uniform speed to form a continuous protective film
If a thicker coating is needed, repeat spraying 1-2 times after the first layer dries (about 10-15 minutes)
After spraying, invert the can and press the nozzle for 2-3 seconds to clean the remaining material in the nozzle to prevent clogging
Avoid contact with water or other debris after application, and it can be used normally after completely drying (usually about 30 minutes)
Precautions
This product is a pressure container. Keep it away from fire, heat sources and direct sunlight to prevent tank explosion caused by high temperature
Ensure good ventilation during construction. Avoid prolonged use in confined spaces. It is recommended to wear protective gloves and masks
Keep out of reach of children. If it accidentally comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary
Do not spray on high-temperature or moving parts such as brake systems, tires, and exhaust pipes, as this may affect their normal function
When the product is not used up, place the nozzle upward to avoid accidental spraying; store it in a cool and dry place, away from food and drinks
