1.Smart Card Material Non Lamination Inkjet Sheet
Non- Laminating 0.78mm Inkjet PVC Sheet is a new technology for making cards. There is no need any bulk equipment or professional operation. It only need one inkjet printer, heat laminator, trimmer to make cards , which is more easier and save money for card production.
PVC white card is featured by clear printing , accurate color rendition , in diffusion after long-term placement, strong adhesive force , stiffness, clear bright golden color , etc
Ancillary equipment :
Hot laminator , Trimmer , Card cutter
Non- Laminating 0.58mm Inkjet PVC Sheet is known as the most economic material solution for normal card production. There are three sheets in one set including 2 transparent printing sheets (sheet A) plus 1 middle white core sheet (sheet B)
The recommended card production procedures are detailed as below:
1. Print the image on the two sheets A with inkjet printer (remember to choose “mirror printing”) , wait and let the ink dry up completely ( normally around 5-10 minutes )
2. Remove the protection films on the middle core sheet, put the printed sheets right on both sides of the middle core sheet , then let it go through the rolling laminator (set temperature around 150℃-180℃)
3. Cut the laminated sheet into standard card, remove the protection film from the surface of the card .

Detailed Product Description
Types of thickness:
1. 0.15mm pvc printing sheet+0.46mm core sheet+0.15mm pvc printing sheet
2. 0.25mm pvc printing sheet+0.46mm core sheet+0.25mm pvc printing sheet
3. 0.15mm pvc printing sheet+0.28mm core sheet+0.15mm pvc printing sheet
How to use:
1. Print directly to the surface of sheets.
2. Tear the protective film out of the core sheet(coated with glue).
3. Cover the printed sheets on the core sheet.
4. Fuse them on a small pouch laminator at temperature between 130ºC~150 ºC.
5. Punch out cards from the fused material.
6. Other art-works, such as embossing, hole punching etc.
7. Finished cards.

Keep away from water and moisture .

Put the sheets horizontally.
Keep away from air, don't open the bags before use.
