PETG Plastic Card Making Material - White Offset Printing PETG Plastic Card Core Sheet is a more environmentally friendly card material, consider PETG, which is derived from polyester and is 100% recyclable. Widely used by credit card makers, PETG is biodegradable and doesn't emit harmful gas. PETG exhibits the same characteristics as PVC, such as durability and a wide array of print and finish options.

Parameters :

1). Size: A4 , A3 or as per customer requirements

2). Thickness: 0.10mm to 0.76mm

3). Color : White

4). Sample : A4 , A3 size or as customer requirements rigid PETG sheet with PP bag in box
5). Sheet packing: 30kg per bag or 100 or 200 sheets per bag, 10 bags per paper carton, and the cartons are piled up and firmly fixed on solid plywood pallets
6). Pallets packing: 500- 2000kg per plywood pallet
7). Container loading: 20 tons as normal 

8). Storage condition : Sealed, moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃

1). Print directly to the surface of sheets

2). Hot press laminate with PETG coated overlay films when the ink dries.

3). Punch out cards from the fused materials.

4). Other art-works, such as embossing, hot stamping, hole punching, screen printing etc.

5). Finished cards.

In standard export carton and are packed on plywood pallet
