1. Laminated Steel Plate Matte Finish for PVC Smart Card Lamination- Introduction

 

Matte Finish Lamination Steel Plate MSP-M have matte finish surfaces on both sides and are designed for laminating plastic card sheets in the cad laminator. It can ensure perfect plastic card surface finish after lamination.   

 

Key Features:

 

1). The two sides are covered with protection foils (blue thin films) to ensure good protection on both surfaces. There is no glue left after the foil is removed before the plate is used at the first time.

2). There are no scratches, dents, stripes shadows and dust on plate surfaces.

3). The edges are smooth and deburred with the round curved corners.

4). After lamination, the plates are not sticking to the laminated plastic sheets.

 

Light Matt Finish:Surface roughness: Slight matte finish (Ra range 0.3-0.5μm)

Heavy Matt Finish:Surface roughness: Heavy matte finish (Ra range 1.3-1.5μm)
