CCL Cushion Pad is a high-rigidity red buffer material specially designed for copper clad laminate (CCL) lamination processes. Serving as a perfect replacement for traditional hot press kraft paper, it effectively upgrades dimensional accuracy and production stability. This premium cushion pad reduces the industry standard dimensional tolerance from ±300ppm to ±250ppm, delivering outstanding lamination performance and ultra-high stability.

Widely known as CCL lamination cushion pad, hot press buffer mat and CCL buffering pad, it is an essential consumable for CCL hot pressing. Compatible with both manual multi-sheet replacement operations and automated lamination production lines, one single pad can replace multiple layers of kraft paper, greatly simplifying production procedures and boosting overall efficiency and yield.
