Feeding Unit:
1. Lead edge feeder (belt type), adjustable air volume, more stable speed acceleration.
2. Accelerate the stability of transmission of the thin and curvy cardboard.
3. Left-right side and front feed gate movement are motorized adjustment. Equipped with powerful duster.
4. Feed cardboard Intermittently , quantity of product and production speed display by counter.
Printing unit:
1. 360.register is motorized adjust with digital display. It can be adjusted when the machine is running or stop with automatically return to zero.
2. Lack ink alarm, automatic anilox rollers engagement and disengagement to avoid ink attain it, and to prevent the damage on the flexo plate.
3. Precise planet-gear to ensure the machine with fine register and long life.

Creasing and Slotting Unit:

Rotary Die-Cutting Unit:

5.Mechanical differential compensation device prolongs the life of anvil blankets and improves die-cut quality.

Stacker:
1.Connection arms can be operated manually or automatically.
2.Connection arm speed is normally the same as feeding. It can be adjusted according to the feeding speed.
3.Left and right flapping devices make paperboards in order and squared and stacked height up to 1700mm.
4.Strong chain controls the up and down of transport bed.
5.A device that prevents the collecting hub from failing for operator safety.
6.Paperboard pile changing is automatic. A pneumatic controlled plate will be pop-up to hold
the coming paperboard, when the pile reaches a pre-set height.
7.Flat belt with fold can prevent paperboard from failing.
8.The tension of the belts for connection arm can be adjusted independently, no restriction for belt length.
