1. Introduction of  RFID Smart Card Data Personalization and Verification Machine YDPV-2

Smart Card Data Personalization and Verification Machine YDPV-2 is designed to read and write RFID chip and magnetic stripe in the smart cards with the OCR inspection units and card turn-over unit. It can also used to carry out the work of data comparison and verification on RFID card chip data, card surface data and magnetic stripe data of smart card. Laser engraving unit is optical module. It can realize the following data processing functions for smart cards:

1. ) RFID card electrical performance test (check whether chip circuit inside RFID card good or not);
2. ) HF/LF RFID card chip reading, chip writing or secret key process (Mifare S50, S70, Ultralight, Ultralight-C, Mifare Plus, Ntag203, Ntag213, Ntag216, Icode-2, FM11RF005M, EM4100(ID), ATA5577, EM4305);
3. ) Write or read Magnetic stripe (HICO/LOCO,only for non-financial cards);
4. ) Card quality control function (check whether the finished cards are good or not by means of OCR surface data (number/barcode/QR code) reading +RFID card chip data reading +magnetic stripe data reading to compare with the source data file) ;
5. ) Laser engraving unit optional module, which can realize laser engraving work on card surface.

Note:

The existing magnetic stripe encoding unit installed on the line can process all standard magnetic card (HiCo/LoCo, 300oe-4000oe, 3 tracks, 12.7mm wide, CR80 card), but the magnetic cards encoded by the existing Chinese magnetic encoding module cannot fully meet the strict specification of ISO 7811 for high-end financial bank cards.
