Automatic Magnetic Stripe Bonding Machine YASB-1 is designed for laying and bonding the magnetic stripe onto the coated overlay or printed PVC sheet in a accurate and speedy way. It is controlled by PLC system and adopts a smart touching screen. The clamp clips the tap and the card at the same time. Material is fed automatically by quality servo motor. The magnetic stripe laying and bonding can be realized at the same time. Flexible choice of card material layout is available (such as 3×8, 4×8 and 5×5).
