Working Principle:
Command Reception: The ECU calculates the optimal throttle opening based on the accelerator pedal signal and vehicle status.
Motor Drive: The ECU sends commands to drive the miniature motor inside the throttle body.
Gear Control: The motor controls the valve plate's rotation angle through precision gears, accurately regulating airflow.
Feedback Adjustment: Dual sensors on the valve shaft provide real-time position feedback to the ECU, forming a closed-loop control to ensure precise opening.
Core Function: Precisely controls engine airflow, determining power output.
Idle Speed Control: Maintains stable engine idle.
Feature Support: Key actuator for functions like cruise control and traction control (ASR/ESP).

Critical Step - Adaptation: After installation, must perform "Throttle Body Basic Settings" using a professional diagnostic tool to allow the ECU to learn the new throttle's parameters. Failure to do so may cause irregular idle, poor acceleration, etc.
