Q1: What is the warranty for the lights?
A1: For LED work light, we do offer serious 18months warranty. If there are any problems on lights within this period, pls take a photo or video to prove the lights are broken and show the date mark. We will send you the parts or new replacement in next order if the lights are in warranty time.
Q2: Do the lights come with brackets?
A2: Yes, all our lights come with brackets and wiring. Lights can be used in the cars directly.
Q3: How about the waterproof in your lights?
A3: Our lights need to pass the waterproof and aging test before being shipped out. They have passed IP67, can be at good working state in rainy day. The detective rate is 0.5%.
Q4: Do you have OEM service or logo service?
A4: Yes, we provide free OEM service, but there is a quantity required. The quantity depends on the products. For the logo service, we can offer it free.
Q5: What kind of package can you provide?
A5: There are three package for the lights. First, each light will be packed with blister. Second, there is inner packing, one box for each light. Third, the lights will be packed in one carton box.
Q6: How Long is the delivery date?
A6: The lights can be shipped out in 1-3 working days if lights is in stock. If out of stock, normally it will take 3-5 working days. If for bulk order, then will need 7-25 working days.
