2. LED chips: PHILIPS/CREE/OS RAM (6000K±500K) , high brightness, good lighting pattern.
3. Lens: UV-resistant. Super clear lens surface, producing bright & pure lighting. Flat lens surface is processed by solidification of ultraviolet rays, scratch resistant, corrosion resistant, stable color, avoiding fading and aberration problems.
4. Lighting Pattern: 1.adopting German optics design, original high level electroplating reflecting cup, high brightness, uniform and extensive lighting, good lighting pattern of high beam and low beam, anti-high temperature, anti-fading.
5. Housing material: aluminum alloy. Heat-sink. Shock-proof. Dust-proof. Working temperature -40℃~80℃.
6. Driver: constant current, overvoltage protection, wrong connect protection.
7. Waterproof: IP67. Adopting vibrating & rubbing soldering technology, ensuring products’ sealing feature reaches IP67 of waterproof & dustproof. Plus waterproof cooling hole for extending lifespan.

A: We have 8 production lines,monthly capacity 80,000 pieces LED light and 10,000 pieces HID lights. 80% of them are sold to oversea.
Q3. How long is the delivery date?
A: Sample order will be shipped within 3 working days after payment received, 7 to 25 working days for bulk order.
Q4. What kinds of package can you provide?
A: Sanmak products are packed with blank box or colour box for your optional. Customized box is acceptable.
Q5. What about after sales service?
A: Defective rate of sanmak led light is 0.5%, in case you got problem light. Please don't worry.
LED work light: Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send new lights together with next order after we get approved from after sales department.
