Installation steps of cylinder head: (1) Insert a clean rag into the cylinder to prevent dirt from entering the cylinder wall and piston. Also, do not allow dirt to enter the coolant. (2) Clean the sealing surfaces of cylinder head and cylinder block, and be careful not to form elongated grooves or scratches (the particle size of sandpaper used shall not be less than 100). (3) Carefully wipe off the grinding residues with a rag. (4) Set the piston of the first cylinder at the top dead center and rotate the crankshaft in the opposite direction. (5) Lay the cylinder gasket: pay attention to the locating pin as shown by the arrow; Pay attention to the installation position of the gasket, and read the part number on the intake side. (6) Install the cylinder head. (7) Install the cylinder head bolts and tighten them hand tight.
