Silicone oil fan clutch uses silicone oil as medium and uses silicone oil shear viscosity to transmit torque. The speed of the fan is designed to ensure that the engine does not overheat under the worst service conditions. Therefore, during the normal driving process of the vehicle, the speed of the fan should be controlled within an appropriate range, so as to reduce the noise and improve the economy of the engine. For an engine driven fan, the fan clutch is usually used to control its speed. The clutch is sealed with viscous fluid (silicone oil) and transmits torque by its shear viscosity. A bimetallic sheet is installed in front of the fan to sense the air temperature passing through the radiator, so as to control the amount of silicone oil in the working chamber of the fan.

Silicone oil fan clutch:
1. Silicone oil is used as the medium to transfer torque by using the high viscosity of silicone oil. The temperature of the air behind the radiator is used to automatically control the separation and combination of the fan clutch through the temperature sensor;
2. When the temperature is low, the silicone oil does not flow, the fan clutch is separated, and the fan speed slows down, basically idling. At high temperatures, the viscosity of the silicone oil engages the fan clutch. Therefore, the fan and the water pump shaft rotate together to adjust the engine temperature;
3.The fan blade of our company's fan adopts a high-precision mold to ensure that the size of the fan is the same as that of the original fan. The fan blade is made of high-quality plastic, light, fast speed and high temperature resistance. It can be used for a long time.
