The motorcycle chassis dynamometer is primarily used for performance and emission testing of motorcycles. It can also provide test conditions such as stable constant speed, constant force, and constant power for other specialized equipment.
This dynamometer system improves the accuracy of measuring the force exerted by the motorcycle on the roller by more precisely assessing roller friction through coast-down testing of parasitic power (internal losses). The system simulates different road surface friction coefficients and measures engine output power and torque under various simulated road conditions. Additionally, it can force the motorcycle to return to a preset speed and measure output power at that speed, generating power-torque curve diagrams across various speed points. Maintenance and servicing:
1. After the product is used for three months, please disassemble the platform panel and add calcium-base lubrication grease to the guide seat with a pressure rod type oil gun to lubricate the guide sleeve and guide pillar. And also check if the fastening bolts of guide seat and oil cylinder etc. components are loose. 2. Please check the oil level in the oil tank of hydraulic station. Add N46 engine oil (old standard is 30# engine oil) if the oil volume is insufficient. 3. In case the oil pipe of hydraulic system is broken and the oil sprays outside, please stop the operation immediately and carry out maintenance. Do not block the broken place with hands. Otherwise the high pressure oil may injure persons.
