Automatic Flexo Ink 1-5 Color Corrugated Box Printing Machine Die cutting with slotter function part
1. Die-cutting roller for the high quality steel materials,30mm thickness, balance correction, hard-chrome plating.
2. Wallboard for high quality cast iron material, 50mm thickness, and large processing center production.
3. The auto grinding mechanism of soft roller is adopted to improve the repetitive-use rate of rubber sleeve within 3-4 grinding times.
4. The auto compensation of linear speed is designed to ensure the same die-cutting size of each batch of cartons.
5. The imported polyurethane cushion is adopted for easy installation within 12 million of die-cutting times.
6. During the operation ,the die-cutting roller with felt set automatically& laterally moves left and right 40mm, therefore the scratch are not repeat ,felt set's service lift is prolonged.
7. Phase planetary gear used electric adjustment ,phase powered 360°adjusting. Input the digit adjustment phase directly ,adjust quickly and precisely.
8. Die-cutting roller cylinder automatic separation derives to reduce wear pouches .
