Product Specification
Our oval flat filter cartridge is engineered for narrow‑structured dust‑removal cabinets. Vertically deep‑pleated filter media expands filtration area within limited internal space. The carbon‑steel lifting handle on the top allows one‑person installation and replacement effortlessly.
The filter is equipped with aluminum‑alloy perimeter frame together with PU sealing base, which delivers tight sealing and prevents air bypass effectively.
This model adopts PTFE‑laminated polyester filter material as standard. The smooth PTFE film restricts fine smoke particles only staying on the filter surface rather than sinking deep into fiber. Dust can be thoroughly shed during pulse‑jet cleaning, greatly solving filter‑blocking issues caused by ultra‑fine smoke from laser and plasma cutting of carbon steel and stainless‑steel. It achieves more than 99.9% filtration efficiency for 0.3‑micron particles.
Anti‑static, flame‑retardant and high‑temperature‑resistant filter media are available for alternative choices to suit welding fume, grinding dust and powder‑recovery working conditions.
