Product Description:
Cassava pulp enters the bottom zone of the centrifugal sieve basket through a purpose-built feed pipe. Driven by the combined power of centrifugal force and gravity, the pulp spreads evenly over the precision screen surface and moves in a sophisticated curved path, steadily reaching the outer edge of the sieve basket. After undergoing comprehensive rinsing with pressurized water, starch particles smaller than the mesh size pass smoothly through the sieve, while large-diameter impurities and fibrous waste are efficiently discharged by a dedicated slag removal pump.
