Working Principle:
First, start the equipment and feed the starch slurry into the bottom of the sieve basket. Under the combined action of centrifugal force and gravity, the slurry then undergoes complex curvilinear motion toward the larger-diameter area of the basket, even generating tumbling movements. During this process, larger impurities migrate to the outer edge of the sieve basket and collect in the residue chamber, while starch particles smaller than the sieve mesh fall into the starch collection chamber.
