Product Description:
Once the GKH horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge attains full rotational speed, the feeding valve opens. The suspension enters the drum through the distribution hopper, spreading uniformly on the internal filter medium. Under centrifugal force, the liquid phase permeates the filter medium and drum apertures to be discharged, while the solid phase forms a filter cake. When the residue layer reaches the designated thickness, the feeding valve shuts to conduct solid-phase washing and subsequent drying. Finally, the rotating scraper scrapes off the residue, which is expelled via a chute or screw conveyor.
