Belt Dehydration Filter Characteristics
Materials are evenly distributed on the filter belt surface, realizing solid-liquid separation under extrusion force, and the filter belt runs continuously driven by the motor.
The airbag system monitors and automatically corrects the filter belt position in real time to prevent deviation affecting dewatering effect, and the variable frequency system automatically adjusts the belt speed according to feeding status.
The CIP cleaning system automatically cleans the filter screen and body according to the program, and waste water is collected for unified treatment or recycling.
The whole machine has a closed-loop operation logic, maintaining stable, continuous and intelligent dewatering operation under set parameters.
