Working principle:
After the equipment reaches full operating speed, starch slurry is fed into the drum. Under strong centrifugal force, rapid dewatering and solid-liquid separation are completed.The liquid phase is separated and discharged outwards, while solid starch forms a compact filter cake inside the drum. After rinsing and further drying treatment, the starch cake is automatically discharged by the scraper device.The whole separation process runs in a mild mechanical condition, effectively protecting the integrity of starch granules and maintaining stable high quality of final starch products.
