Product Description:
When the GKH horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge operates at rated rotational speed, the feed valve activates automatically. Suspension flows into the drum through the distribution hopper and covers the filtration medium evenly. Centrifugal force drives efficient separation of liquid—discharged through the medium and drum holes—and solid matter that forms a compact filter cake. Once sediment hits the preset thickness, the feed valve closes for subsequent rinsing and drying steps. The rotating scraper then scrapes away the sediment deposit, which is transferred out through a chute or screw conveyor.
