Product Qualification
All castings will undergo dimensional inspection and visual inspection. For products with mechanical properties and other requirements, we will conduct magnetic particle inspection, x-ray inspection, etc. according to customer requirements, and provide test reports.
What are the methods for checking the quality of castings? What is the content of the inspection?
1) Size inspection: check whether the shape and size of the casting meet the requirements;
2) Visual inspection: check whether the casting has casting defects;
3) Physical and chemical testing: check the chemical composition of the casting, metallographic structure, whether the mechanical properties meet the requirements;
4) Pressure test: check the compactness of the casting, whether the casting leaks or leaks;
5) Internal quality inspection: such as magnetic particle inspection, X-ray, Y-ray detection, ultrasonic detection.
