1. Actuator (Top Blue Component): This is a pneumatic diaphragm actuator. It relies on changes in compressed air pressure to push a diaphragm, driving the valve stem to displace the valve core. Its compact structure and sensitive response provide the power source for valve regulation.
2. Intelligent Valve Positioner (Center with Display Screen): This is an intelligent valve positioner with digital display, button operation, and dual pressure gauge monitoring. It converts the control system's electrical signals (e.g., 4-20mA) into pneumatic signals, precisely controlling the actuator's movement. It also provides real-time feedback on valve opening, achieving high-precision closed-loop control. Parameter settings and fault diagnosis can be performed via buttons.
3. Valve Body (Lower Silver Component): This is a single-seat valve body with a straight-through flow channel design. The cooperation between the valve core and seat allows for precise regulation of the medium flow rate. The valve body is marked "DN50" to indicate a nominal diameter of 50mm, "PN16" to indicate a nominal pressure of 16bar, and "CF8" to indicate that it is made of 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for regulating various industrial media in chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical industries.
This regulating valve, through the cooperation of an intelligent positioner and a pneumatic actuator, enables high-precision dynamic regulation of media flow and pressure.
