Manufacturing Process:
Raw material selection: Use high-quality ductile iron.
Melting and spheroidization: Add spheroidizer to the molten iron to make the graphite spherical and improve the material performance.
Casting: Use sand casting process to provide high-precision blanks for subsequent processing.
Surface treatment: Use sandblasting, spraying asphalt paint or epoxy coating to enhance corrosion resistance.
