Product Description

1. Introduction

• Active regeneration relies on external energy to raise the temperature inside the trap, enabling PM ignition and combustion. PM oxidizes and burns when the trap’s internal temperature reaches 550°C; below this threshold, excessive deposits can clog the trap. In such cases, external energy sources—such as electric heaters, burners, or adjustments to engine operating conditions—are used to elevate the temperature within the diesel particulate filter (DPF) and facilitate PM oxidation.
• Passive regeneration reduces the ignition temperature of PM using fuel additives or catalysts, allowing particles to burn at the engine’s normal exhaust temperatures. Additives (e.g., cerium, iron, strontium) are blended into fuel in specific proportions: excessive additives may shorten the lifespan of the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), while insufficient amounts can cause delayed regeneration or require higher regeneration temperatures.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons Or wooden cases and foam. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CRF, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
