1. Introuduction
Pressure swing adsorption separation and purification technology makes use of the characteristics that gas components can be adsorbed on solid materials. In the organic waste gas separation and purification device, the pressure of gas will change to a certain extent, and the organic waste gas will be treated by this pressure change [6]. PSA technology mainly uses physical method to purify organic waste gas, and the materials used are zeolite molecular sieve. Zeolite molecular sieve has certain advantages in adsorption selectivity and adsorption capacity. Under certain temperature and pressure, this zeolite molecular sieve can adsorb organic components in organic waste gas, and then deliver the remaining gas to the next link. After adsorbing the organic waste gas, it is converted through a certain process to maintain and improve the regeneration ability of the adsorbent, so that the adsorbent can be put into use again, and then the previous process is repeated and the cycle is repeated until the organic waste gas is purified. In recent years, this technology has been applied in industrial production, and has a good effect on gas separation.
