Product Description
1.The gas boiler flue gas composition analysis
The fuel of commercial boilers is generally natural gas. The fuel is mixed with air, which releases a lot of heat after being ignited and burned by a special burner, and then exchanges heat with a heat exchange medium, and provides hot water or steam for end users for production and life through pipelines and conveying equipment. The flue gas generated after combustion of the mixture is discharged into the atmosphere through flue, thermostat and exhaust pipe. Particulate matter (PM), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), etc. will be produced in the combustion process, causing pollution to the surrounding atmospheric environment.
2.Working principle
Selective catalytic reduction technology is a typical gas-solid catalytic reaction. NOx in flue gas of gas-fired boiler and urea solution injected into pipeline (urea solution is decomposed into ammonia NH3 at a certain temperature) undergo reduction reaction under the action of SCR catalyst to generate nitrogen N2 and water H2O, so as to eliminate NOx. In the process of SCR catalytic reduction, the role of catalyst is to reduce the activation energy of reaction between NH3 and NOx. Meanwhile, the porous structure on the surface of catalyst carrier has large specific surface area and strong adsorption effect, which makes NH3 molecules enrich on the surface of carrier, increases the contact area between NOx and NH3, improves the reaction rate and speeds up the reaction. With the help of a specific SCR catalyst, NOx can be chemically reacted at a lower temperature, which ensures the reaction efficiency at low temperature and the high efficiency of denitration equipment under the whole operating condition.
