Built-in Valve Block: Includes overload relief valve, anti-reverse cushion valve, and makeup check valve
Built-in Wet Parking Brake: Multi friction discs, spring-applied, hydraulically released
Two-Stage Planetary Reducer: Sun gear, planet gears, carrier, ring gear and heavy-duty bearings for speed reduction & torque amplification
Output Pinion Gear: Meshes with slewing bearing ring gear to rotate upper house
Complete housing, oil seals, and sealing components
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Minor Faults: Clean valve block, replace swing motor seal kit, lap spool surface
Major Damage: Replace motor head or complete swing assembly for scored piston/valve plate or heavily worn planetary gears
Pre-Installation Check: Verify slewing bearing for jamming before installation
