Product Overview

This hydraulic swivel joint assembly enables continuous hydraulic oil supply while allowing the upper structure to rotate freely, protecting hydraulic hoses from twisting damage.

Design Features

Spindle fixed to undercarriage with separate internal oil passages for left travel, right travel, and other circuits
Housing rotates together with upper structure
Each oil passage is isolated by seals to prevent cross-leakage
Hydraulic oil flows from fixed spindle passages into housing passages to main control valve on upper deck
Drain channel returns minor leaked oil back to hydraulic tank

Key Function: Enables continuous hydraulic oil supply while upper house rotates freely and protects hoses from twisting damage.

Common Failure Mode

Worn internal seals cause cross leakage, resulting in weak one-side travel and excavator pulling to one side.
