Resin diamond grinding wheel is a high-performance grinding tool with resin as the binder and diamond abrasive as the cutting body. It combines the ultra-high hardness of diamond and the flexibility of resin binder, and is suitable for high-precision and high-efficiency processing of hard and brittle materials such as ceramics, glass, semiconductors, and cemented carbide.
Resin-bonded diamond grinding wheels offer exceptionally high surface finish quality. Thanks to their excellent self-sharpening properties and the inherent elasticity of the resin bond, they effectively absorb grinding vibrations, resulting in extremely low surface roughness (Ra), preventing surface damage such as burns and micro-cracks on the workpiece, and ensuring perfect machining integrity.
Resin-bonded diamond grinding wheels also offer the advantages of low grinding forces and temperatures. Their sharp cutting characteristics reduce grinding resistance and energy consumption. Combined with coolant, they effectively control the temperature of the grinding zone, making them particularly suitable for machining heat-sensitive materials.
This grinding wheel has the following product features: fast feed, high grinding efficiency, and relatively slow grinding wheel consumption; good self-sharpening, low heat generation during grinding, not easy to clog, and reduced work burns during grinding; the grinding wheel has a certain degree of elasticity, which is beneficial to improving the roughness of the workpiece surface. It is mainly used in processes such as fine grinding, semi-fine grinding, knife grinding, and polishing; the grinding wheel is cured at low temperature, with a short production cycle, and the equipment and supply process are convenient, fast and simple; our company has professional technology and equipment.
