This electroplated CBN grinding wheel is designed for band saw blade tooth setting and sharpening, including open sawblades teeth. A single layer of cubic boron nitride abrasive is electroplated onto a precision steel core with a durable nickel bond, so the wheel keeps a sharp edge, grinds with low heat and holds its profile over a long service life. It is a practical 8TPI CBN wheel for workshops that set and sharpen band saw blades.
