We supply high-quality Cast Iron/Cast Steel Cooling Staves for blast furnaces, designed for efficient heat dissipation and long service life in harsh ironmaking environments. Our cooling staves are custom-manufactured to fit various furnace zones (hearth, belly, stack, etc.) and meet global metallurgical standards.

Small gap and air-gap thermal resistance between water pipes and the stave body, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity
The overall metallurgical bonding rate between water pipes and the cooling stave exceeds 95%
Dual Material Options: Available in cast iron (gray iron/ductile iron) or cast steel for optimal performance vs. cost balance
Integrated Cooling Structure: Pre-cast seamless steel pipes ensure uniform water flow and heat transfer; tested for pressure resistance and leak-proofing
Zone-Specific Design:
- Hearth/Bottom: Smooth surface (plain) cooling stave for high wear resistance
- Belly/Lower Stack: Brick-lined cooling stave with refractory bricks to reduce heat loss
Long Service Life: Resists thermal shock, abrasion, and high temperature; ideal for extending blast furnace campaign life
Customization: Customizable based on drawings (including dimensions, material, processing requirements, etc.)
