Our Corrugated Perforated Screen is a high-performance screening element widely applied in coarse screening, fine screening, and approach flow screening systems in pulp and paper production.
Featuring a unique corrugated structure, this screen provides higher rigidity, larger effective screening area, and stronger anti-clogging performance compared with flat screens. It demonstrates outstanding screening efficiency especially when processing higher consistency pulp and long fiber pulp, ensuring stable throughput and high-quality fiber separation.
Corrugated perforated screens are indispensable key components in drum screens and knotters, effectively removing knots, shives, debris and other coarse impurities while protecting downstream equipment. When applied in approach flow screens, our inward-flow corrugated perforated screen further improves screening stability, reduces pulse, and enhances paper formation quality.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel 304 / 316 / 316L, the screen offers excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long service life. Precision punching and forming ensure uniform hole size, smooth surface and accurate dimensions.
