Our Screw Press is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment widely used in sludge dewatering, pulp concentration, wastewater treatment, food processing, breeding waste treatment, paper making, and environmental protection industries. Adopting an advanced screw extrusion principle, it achieves continuous automatic operation with low energy consumption, high dewatering efficiency, and stable performance.

The screw shaft and lining are made of wear-resistant alloy or stainless steel, providing strong corrosion resistance and long service life. With automatic control system, it can realize continuous feeding, extrusion, concentration and discharge, greatly reducing labor cost and improving treatment efficiency.
It is widely applied for dewatering various sludge types, paper pulp, fiber residue, food residue, animal manure, and other materials with high moisture content. The final cake has low moisture content, easy stacking and transportation, providing an economical and reliable solution for solid-liquid separation and resource reuse.
The screen plate of the screw press has high requirements for pressure bearing and also needs a high open area ratio to facilitate dewatering. Our company's unique EDM screen plates can fully meet these requirements.
