Skirt Conveyor Belt EP100/EP150/EP200 Inclined Conveyor Belts
Skirt conveyor belts are divided into two types: conveyor belts with skirts and no clapboards and conveyor belts with skirts and clapboards. It can continuously convey all kinds of bulk materials at an arbitrary inclination angle of 0-90 degrees, with a large conveying inclination angle, a wide range of use, and a small area. The features of no transfer point, reduced civil construction investment, low maintenance cost, and large conveying capacity solve the conveying angle that cannot be achieved by ordinary conveyor belts or patterned conveyor belts. The corrugated sidewall conveyor belt can be designed as a complete conveyor system according to the requirements, avoiding the lifting system of intermittent conveying and complex conveying.
1. Maintenance and instructions
1) Conveyor belts should be kept clean during transportation and storage, avoid sunlight or rain or snow, prevent contact with acids, alkali oils, organic solvents and other substances, and be one meter away from heating devices.
2) The temperature in the warehouse should be kept between -18℃-40℃ during storage, and the relative temperature should be kept between 50-80%RH.
3) During the storage period, the product must be placed in a roll and not folded. During the storage period, it should be turned over once a quarter.
4) Conveyor belts of different types and specifications are not suitable to be connected together, and the joints should preferably be glued.
5) The type, structure, specification and number of layers of the conveyor belt should be selected reasonably according to the conditions of use. 6) The running speed of the conveyor belt should generally not be as high as 2.5 m/s. For materials with large lumpiness and abrasion, and the use of a fixed plow-type unloading device, the low speed should be used as much as possible.
7) The transmission roller diameter of the conveyor and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission roller and the reversing roller, and the requirements for the roller groove angle should be selected reasonably according to the design requirements of the conveyor.
2. Features
With the popularity of conveyor belts in industrial production, multiple varieties, high performance, light weight, multi-function, and long life are several aspects that manufacturers pay attention to. In industrial production, the correct use of conveyor belts is particularly important. When using conveyor belts, you should pay attention to the following:
1) Avoid the rollers being covered by materials, causing rotation failure, and prevent leakage of materials from being stuck between the roller and the tape. Pay attention Lubrication of the movable part of the conveyor belt, but the conveyor belt must not be oily;
2) Prevent the conveyor belt from starting under load;
3) The conveyor belt should be deviated, and measures should be taken to correct it in time;
4) When the conveyor belt is found to be partially damaged, use artificial cotton to repair it in time. In order to avoid expansion;
5) Avoid the conveyor belt from being blocked by the frame, pillar or block material, and prevent it from breaking and tearing
