A jacketed mixing vessel is an industrial process tank equipped with an outer shell—or "jacket"—that allows for the circulation of heating or cooling media around the primary container. Dimple Jacket: The most popular choice for medium-to-high pressure applications. It consists of a thin sheet of metal welded to the tank at regular intervals (the "dimples"), creating a high-strength, high-turbulence flow path.
Half-Pipe Coil: A pipe cut in half and welded helically around the tank. This is designed for high-pressure systems and high-velocity thermal media, offering excellent heat transfer efficiency.
