>>Overview
The analyzer consists of a CO gas cell, a CO₂ gas cell, an HMI module, an interface board, an oxygen sensor module, and optional expansion modules. It uses NDIR technology to measure CO and CO₂ concentrations, and an electrochemical cell to measure oxygen.
When infrared light passes through the sample gas cell, the gas molecules absorb specific wavelengths of infrared light, and the absorption follows the Lambert-Beer law. By measuring the light intensity at the absorption wavelength and at a non-absorption reference wavelength, the concentration of the target gas can be calculated.
An imported infrared light source provides highly stable infrared radiation, suitable for gas measurement in the infrared gas cell. A high-sensitivity detector, together with two highly customized optical filters with strong selectivity, selects specific wavelength light to reach the detector. This generates a voltage waveform carrying the concentration signal, which is then acquired and calculated by a microprocessor. Calibration is applied to obtain the final concentration reading.

● A high-sensitivity and high-reliability dual detector with dense flow, combined with a protection block using infrared radiation compensation, compensates for the absorption signal of the measured gas. Compared with single-channel measurement, it is less affected by external environmental factors, resulting in more stable measurements and no need for frequent calibration.
