This system monitors real-time concentrations of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants in flue gas emitted from stationary pollution sources such as boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerators, and similar equipment. It enables comprehensive supervision of production processes and emissions directly from the source.
The Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) consists of three fundamental components:
The sample gas flows through a high-temperature heated pipeline, undergoes dust removal via a two-stage filter system, and is dehumidified by a two-stage condensation system before entering the analyzer's gas chamber. The gas chamber connects to an ultraviolet differential analyzer through ultraviolet optical fibers, ensuring precise measurement of flue gas components.
