Introduction
The Backward Curved Materials Drying High Pressure Centrifugal Blower Fan is designed to work in the high efficiency area to achieve energy saving when operating under variable operating conditions.
It is jointly designed by the fan energy-saving group of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and organized by the national fan industry.
It’s a high-performance product promoted by the State Economic Commission and the Ministry of Machinery Industry.
Backward Curved Materials Drying High Pressure Centrifugal Blower Fan has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, wide performance and high efficiency curve.
Applicable to industrial boilers of 5 ~ 35 tons/hour, the similar intake conditions and performance can be adapted, but the maximum temperature should not exceed 250 °C.
The dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan, in order to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, which not only reduces the pollution of the flue gas to the environment, but also reduces the wear of the dust on the fan. It’s conducive to extending the life of the fan.
