Introduction
The Q345 Coupling Driving Foundry Furnace Antiwear Dust Collector Fan has a large flow rate and moderate pressure.
This fan is designed for the purpose of using industrial boiler to work in the high-efficiency area and achieve the energy-saving target.
The fan is suitable for equipped with economizer (heater) and smoke and dust removal device.
It is a high-efficiency energy-saving product jointly designed by the national fan industry and organized by the national wind power industry and the Ministry of Machinery Industry.
The fan system running at normal temperature with an impeller diameter of less than 1400 mm does not require additional configuration of bearing cooling device, which reduces the user's investment and maintenance workload. When the airflow resistance is increased, the motor load will be automatically reduced and the motor will not be burnt.The fan is made of high quality carbon steel, and can also use stainless steel or other metal materials according to customer requirements.
