Boiler centrifugal fan centrifugal fan 18.5kw/15kw industrial induced draft fan The coal-fired boiler blower delivers flue gas or gas containing impurity particles. When the impurity concentration is less than 200mg/m3, it can be used for more than 4 years. It can be used if it contains large amounts of impurities, but its service life will be shortened. The operating temperature of the induced draft fan shall not exceed 250°C.
Boiler centrifugal fan can be made of fiberglass materials and stainless steel materials to make anti-corrosion fans for transporting corrosive gases with a certain concentration.
For transporting flammable and explosive gases, it is equipped with a cast aluminum impeller and an explosion-proof motor to make an explosion-proof fan.
Boiler centrifugal fan can use water transmission bearing seat for gas transportation greater than 80° and less than 250°. It is made of ordinary steel plate. It is recommended to use stainless steel for gas transportation greater than 250°.
As the temperature of the transported gas increases, the fan pressure of the boiler induced draft fan will change to a certain extent, and the power of the equipped motor will also change. Please consult the manufacturer for details.
