The unit also handles organic chemical intermediates, agrochemical formulations including wettable powders and water-dispersible granules, and specialty plastic additives. The flexible heating configuration allows processing of both aqueous and solvent-based feed systems with appropriate explosion-proof modifications, making this dryer adaptable across fine chemical, petrochemical derivative, and industrial mineral processing operations.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

Every LPG150-C spray drying system undergoes rigorous pre-delivery inspection including hydrostatic pressure testing of all process vessels, electrical continuity and insulation resistance verification, PLC logic sequence validation, and full-load trial operation using water as process fluid. The disassembled modules are individually wrapped in VCI anti-corrosion film, sealed in heavy-gauge polyethylene, and packed in ISPM 15 certified fumigated wooden crates with shock-absorbing foam inserts for sensitive instrumentation.
