TZ2000 Nutsche Filter Dryer with Hollow Ribbon Heating / Cooling, 7.3 m³ Nominal

When batches are large and the material is difficult — high viscosity, fine crystal, high activity or toxic — drying speed and complete containment decide the economics. The TZ2000 cone-type three-in-one machine heats the cake from three directions at once and discharges it completely through the cone bottom, cutting cycle time and operator exposure for large-scale fine chemical and pharmaceutical production.

1. Shell jacket heats the cake bed from the outer wall.
2. Cone jacket heats the lower cake layers along the cone contour.
3. Hollow ribbon agitator is itself a heat exchanger: hot water or thermal oil circulates inside the ribbon while it slowly turns and re-exposes the cake, transferring heat from the inside of the bed.

Because heat is applied from outside and inside simultaneously, wet cake dries faster and more evenly than in machines heated by the shell jacket alone — shorter batches, lower energy cost.
