The XJZ series suspended basket peeler centrifuge is a fully automatic batch centrifuge mainly used for the separation of A-massecuite and B-massecuite in sugar refineries. With the continuous progress of separation technology, it is also widely applied to glucose, fructose and other suspensions containing solid particles, with low viscosity, good fluidity and a solids-to-liquid ratio (weight ratio) of 45-60%.
Main Features
Variable Frequency Drive: AC variable frequency or DC speed regulation ensures shock-free operation in frequent start-stop cycles, fully meeting the speed requirements of pressure feeding, high-speed separation and pressure discharge. The low-to-high speed profile can be set according to material properties for optimized working conditions.
Energy Feedback Braking: During deceleration, the energy feedback braking system converts the inertia of the rotating drum into electricity and feeds it back to the power grid, delivering remarkable energy-saving performance.
PLC Automatic Control: The electrical control system adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC). Each process step can be time-set on the touch screen, which displays the real-time working status of every stage, making operation flexible and convenient.
Fully Automatic Cycle Operation: The whole machine is driven by an integrated electric drive and mechanical combined control system, realizing fully automatic cyclic operation of feeding, spinning, washing and discharging.
Corrosion-Resistant Contact Parts: All parts in contact with the processed material are made of corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel to meet different customer requirements.
High Efficiency and Low Noise: Compact structure, stable running, large capacity, high rotating speed, high separation efficiency, high productivity, high automation degree, low noise and low labor intensity.
Working Principle
The suspended basket centrifuge operates on the principle of centrifugal filtration and sedimentation. Material is fed into the rotating basket through the feeding pipe, and under high-speed centrifugal force the liquid phase passes through the filter cloth and the basket wall perforations to be discharged from the liquid outlet, while the solid phase is retained on the inner surface of the filter cloth to form a filter cake. After the steps of feeding, high-speed separation, washing and drying are completed under PLC control, the basket decelerates and the separated solid cake is discharged from the basket, completing one full automatic working cycle. The entire process runs in a closed loop with time settings and real-time status display on the touch screen.
