The DHFY211 is a compact self-cleaning disc stack centrifuge purpose-built for waste cooking oil (UCO) purification. It transforms used fryer oil into clean biodiesel feedstock by removing food particles, gums, free fatty acid soaps, and water in a single continuous pass. With a high separating factor exceeding 11,000G, it achieves superior clarification even with heavily contaminated feedstocks. The automatic sludge ejection system ensures uninterrupted operation, making it ideal for 24/7 UCO collection and pre-treatment centers.

The DHFY211 operates on high-speed centrifugal sedimentation. Pre-heated waste cooking oil enters the rotating bowl at 7200–7800 RPM. The stacked conical discs create shallow settling distances, dramatically increasing separation efficiency. Under 11,000G+ force, heavy solids (food residues, carbonized particles) settle to the bowl periphery, water forms a middle layer, and clean oil rises to the center. The centripetal pump continuously discharges purified oil, while water exits through a separate port. Accumulated solids are automatically ejected at programmable intervals via the self-cleaning bowl mechanism, triggered by the PLC based on time or turbidity sensor feedback.
